He has also been a very successful entrepreneur and business owner. At one point he even owned an MMA/Brazilian Jiu-jitsu gym and trained and cornered fighters. He has strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to solve complex business, legal, and contract issues while minimizing fees and enhancing efficiencies through improved business processes. Bob has extensive experience in hi tech industries across many areas including commercial contracts and transactions, M&A, IP strategy, employment matters, governance, data privacy, real estate, and corporate tax planning and compliance. He has successfully negotiated countless complex contracts and corporate transactions. He also has experience with fighter/gym representation.
